Overview

Under Threshold ("the App") is developed by Studio W Labs. Your privacy is important to us. The short version: the App does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. The one thing that is different is our optional email list for release announcements, which lives on our website and not in the App — it is covered in Release Announcements below.

Data Storage

All data you create in the App — including dog profiles, issues, training entries, and trainer questions — is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if you have iCloud enabled). We have no access to your iCloud data.

Data Collection

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage or analytics data
• Device identifiers or fingerprints
• Cookies or tracking technologies

Release Announcements (Optional)

On our website you can choose to give us your email address so we can tell you when a new version of the App ships. This is entirely optional, it lives on the website and not in the App, and the App still collects nothing whether or not you sign up.

If you do sign up:

• Your email address is sent to MailerLite — our email subprocessor (operated by MailerLite Limited) — and used only to send occasional release announcements. MailerLite processes your address on our behalf under its own Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Every message includes a one-click way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove your address at any time by emailing support@underthreshold.app.

If you never sign up, we never have your email address.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service the App uses is Apple's iCloud for data sync, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The optional website email list described above is handled by our email subprocessor, MailerLite (see its Privacy Policy), and applies only if you choose to sign up.

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. These transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected, the App is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Since we collect no data, we do not have a way to notify you directly — please check this page periodically.
